Hi Everyone!

As many of you already know, I've been teaching Yoga for over 10years. I have 200 hrs training in Yoga for Wellness and extensive training in a form of Yoga therapy called Viniyoga. I call my Yoga style Body and Breath Yoga as each movement is  correlated with a breath for ease in moving and keeping the mind focused. I often refer to the Yoga I teach as "Yoga for Adults" as it is very accessible for most adults of all shapes, sizes, and ages.

Yoga has really popularized in this country however, most of its original intent has been very diluted. Viniyoga has stayed true to the original ancient teachings and methods of practice. During all my studies, it was definitely been made clear to me that the body was designed to move. Moving the body using normal patterns of movement, begins to create healthy changes throughout the body and spine. Listening and connecting to our bodies begins the process of integration between mind and body. 

I always say, just watch your pets and notice how they stretch every single day! As we get older we all need strengthening, stretching, and balance to keep our bodies fit and functional. Body and Breath Yoga addresses all these areas as well as balancing our emotional, mental, and  spiritual states. I hope you will join me to experience more vitality and well-being.

Regular Yoga  (ie.Using Yoga mat and coming down on the ground)

Times:  5:00 - 6:00PM  Monday Evenings

Chair Yoga Class  (Please sit in a chair without arms)

Times:  9:00 - 10:00AM  Tuesday Mornings
