Twenty years ago was diagnosed with Lupus. To help myself and to manage my stress, I turned to Yoga, meditation, and healing touch practices.
I discovered that physical connection and touch lessen stress and anxiety, and settle the mind. Bodywork helps to calm the nervous system, facilitating relaxation.
I am a Licensed, National Board Certified Occupational Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist. With training in a number of alternative healing modalities, I offer a range of therapeutic and Health and Wellness coaching services.
