The body has a natural ability to heal itself. When we allow ourselves to tune into our bodies and the breath, we open ourselves up to a whole new world - an internal world we can access for better self-understanding into how the Body/Mind works for our highest good. This is not just ancient Yogic philosophy; it is very real and can bring about authentic changes for greater healing and restoration. By slowing down, we give our bodies a chance to rest and renew.
What I'd like people to know is that feeling Good is not just wishful thinking...it is definitely possible. Your quality of Life can improve. Placing Self-care first is vital to our health and is a life long journey, which can be enjoyable! This is what I've personally come to know in my own life.
